BayOptiks is seeking a highly organized and reliable Fulfillment & Customer Support Associate to help ensure a seamless experience for our customers from the moment they place an order to post-purchase support. This role is critical to our daily operations and customer satisfaction.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fulfilling and shipping orders directly from our shop here in Dublin, CA, coordinating vendor fulfillment, managing customer warranties, and handling customer service inquiries via email (zendesk). Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Fulfill and ship customer orders from BayOptiks HQ accurately and on time
Coordinate and ensure timely order fulfillment from third-party vendors
Monitor and process warranty claims to ensure customer satisfaction
Respond to customer inquiries, product questions, and support emails in a timely and professional manner
Facilitate communication between the customer and BayOptiks technicians
Maintain accurate order records and assist with inventory tracking

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or customer support
Must be able to physically lift/move packages
Experience with Excel/Google sheets
