FIRE SAFETY SUPPLY, INC. is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to join the team. We are a growing company that specializes in fire suppression products including all special hazards.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, computer literate, able to multi-task, self-motivated and has great communication skills.

Duties Include:

Call weekly customers and process orders

Enter and process website orders.

Answer web inquiries, quote RFQ’s, etc.

Answer customer inquiries relating to product information, pricing, delivery times, inventory on hand and general company information.

Answer incoming sales calls and address customer questions related to product information, pricing, etc.

Our hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Pay commensurate with experience.
