Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Perform outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional assistance
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving the customer experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a car rental customer service role is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and proper customer service techniques
- Experience with data entry and navigating computer systems
