Red Dragon Yoga is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented team member to join our front desk and customer experience team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment, enjoys supporting people, and is excited to be part of a purpose-driven, wellness-focused workplace.
You’ll be the first point of contact for students and guests — helping create a seamless and welcoming experience, supporting sales, and keeping the studio running smoothly.
POSITION DETAILS
Reports to: Team Lead
Schedule: Afternoons, evenings, and weekends required
Job Type: Part-time (18+ hrs/week)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$24–$26 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist clients in person and by phone/email
Deliver excellent, solution-oriented customer service
Support daily studio operations, scheduling, and cleanliness
Accurately process bookings and payments (Mindbody Online system)
Communicate clearly with team members and studio leadership
Promote and sell memberships, retail products, and services
Uphold studio policies with kindness and professionalism
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
At least 1 year of customer-facing experience
Clear, kind, and professional communication skills
Ability to stay calm and organized in busy settings
Tech-savvy; familiarity with Mindbody is a big plus
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Availability on weekends and some evenings required
Interest in yoga, fitness, or wellness a bonus — but not required!
