Holland Partner Group is currently seeking a customer service oriented Concierge for our apartment community, 1717 Webster! Holland Team consists of associates that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your

The
Responsibilities
The Concierge provides services and information to Residents, at their request, as well as signs for and distributes deliveries, etc. This position acts as a liaison for Residents and management, ensuring excellent communication, while maintaining documentation of all interactions and follow-up regarding Resident issues. This dynamic individual must possess strong sales abilities, phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills. Performs all other duties as directed by the Property Manager, and assists the overall team effort in any way possible. This position requires the ability to work weekends.
