Client Care Coordinator
Compensation: $28-32/hour, Dependent on experience
Employment type: part-time 25-30 hours/week (with potential to become full-time)

We're looking for an inspired, self-driven Front Desk/Client Care Coordinator to help run our North Oakland Network Spinal Chiropractic wellness center.

Succeeding in this position requires an enthusiastic desire to make a difference as well as the ability to learn client care systems and nervous system wellness for patient education.
REQUIREMENTS:

Desire to practice, learn and be excellent with using scripts for phones and in office sales
Experience:
Google Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Oakland, CA 94609 (Required)
Work Location: In person
Compensation: Hourly rate $28-32/hour, determined by experience and qualifications.
Benefits include receiving complimentary Network Spinal chiropractic care as provided in the office, educational classes, and more. Production-based cash bonuses are included.
Our ideal candidate must be flexible with hours. Must be available: Monday 1:45-8:15 PM, Tuesday 1:45-8:15 PM, Wednesday 8:45 AM - 3:30 PM, and Thursday 1:45-7:45 PM. Must be available 1-2 Saturdays per quarter for day time events.
