Asset Recovery Associate (Apprentice to Private Investigator)
Pay: $25/hour

About the Role:
We’re looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented person to join our recovery team and work side by side with our private investigator. Your mission: help bring back hardware devices from customers who have stopped paying for them. You’ll handle outreach, such as calling, emailing, and texting customers and support our investigator in tracking down and recovering company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make professional, persistent outbound calls to delinquent customers.
Draft and send emails and texts requesting return of unpaid-for equipment.
Maintain organized records and track cases in Google Docs, Sheets, and other tools.
Assist our private investigator on recovery efforts; follow instructions and stay flexible.
Collaborate with the recovery team to meet goals and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
Phone skills are critical—comfortable calling customers, calm but firm under pressure.
Organization is very important
Prior experience in collections, recovery, customer contact, or call center work is a plus.
Good at staying organized and working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to take direction, work as part of a goal-oriented team, and meet targets.
Comfortable with Google Docs and other productivity tools.
Interest or background in security, recovery, or investigations is a bonus.
Requirements

Reliable and organized
Experience in collections, customer service, or retention preferred
Full-time availability — 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day preferred (e.g. Tuesday–Saturday)
