Appliance Parts Distributors is a family owned business that has been serving the greater bay area since 1963. We sell nearly all major residential appliances (kitchen, laundry, HVAC, water heaters, plumbing etc) and parts for them.
We are currently looking for a full time inside sales consultant. You will work with many accounts ranging from property managements, repair/service techs, construction management, and other retailers. We are seeking someone motivated, fast learning, and customer friendly. The appliances and appliance parts industries are very dynamic. Appliance models and part numbers are constantly changing and you will constantly be accumulating more knowledge to present to the customers. You will need to be organized and have a good memory to retain this information.
As an inside sales consultant you will help guide the customer into finding the right parts or appliances.

Respond to emails in a timely manor
Maintain, organize, and clean show room
Requirements
Build and maintain account relations
Computer skills – navigate dealer website, portal interfaces, basic Microsoft office
Problem solving
Detail oriented, fast learner with strong communication skills
Stay up to date with new models, replacement parts.
