We are looking for a confident individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can juggle multiple requests simultaneously. Above all, this person must be highly proficient with computers and possess excellent communication skills. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations are required. Knowledge of interior design project procurement is highly desirable.
Duties:
Process and reconcile customer orders with multiple vendors, following orders though shipping and receipt
Proactively manage order or shipping issues, collaborating with sales staff and management as necessary to find a resolution
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections.
Review and reconcile status reports from manufacturers
Prepare and review with management accounting and sales reports
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and management teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.
Assist with maintenance of client and product databases
Any other projects assigned by the Management

Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
Experience with general office software including email, word processing, spreadsheets or accounting software and ability to learn new systems quickly. Knowledge of CMS, or CRM systems is highly desired as well as experience working in a team environment with shared document libraries and calendars.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30PM
