Restoration contracting and general construction project manager needed.
Job Functions:
- Successful execution of assigned projects, including schedule, scope, budget and safety considerations under the policies and procedures of MG Remediation Inc.
- Interfacing with the client, subcontractors, MG Remediation field staff and administrative staff to assure goals are achieved.
- Conducting field briefings with MG Remediation, subcontractors and client staff.
- Managing project closeout process to assure timely completion.
- Providing timely and cordial interaction with supporting work groups, such as contracts, accounting, HR, etc.
- Work will take place both in the field and office.
- Create and maintain project schedule.
Requirements:
- Basic skill set of Microsoft Word and Excel needed.
- Valid drivers license and must pass background check.
- Some restoration (Water Damage/Mold) and construction experience needed. Asbestos/Environmental experience a plus.
- Must be able to walk through rough construction sites and lift 70 pounds from the ground.
