Leasing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our high-performing Housing Authority in the role of Leasing Specialist. In this key role, you will help low-income individuals access affordable housing through the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), and other programs.
Purpose: Under general supervision of the Housing Programs Director or their assignee and working closely with other Housing Programs staff, perform a wide variety of leasing activities, community outreach, housing inspections and other related tasks for the Housing Authority’s HCV program to ensure program success, achieve full lease-up and comply with Housing Authority policies and Housing Quality Standards. Work to attract new Landlords and property managers to participate in the HCV program. Work on special projects and other work as assigned.
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. Strong mathematical and analytical skills required.

Salary: $31.07 – $37.77/hour
