We are seeking a Quality Control Tech to join our team! The Quality Control Tech is the first-line inspection authority for ensuring contractual requirements are met and management is made aware of issues to contrary. The QCT does onsite inspections to assess onsite work by employees as well as additional tech enhancement opportunities.
Hours: Full-Time/Part-Time
Daily Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages schedule that provides QC of sites
- Reviews and understands scope of work of job sites
- Communicates with onsite management to understand any additional needs
- Completes and submits Quality Control Tech (QRT) for every site visit
- Interface with crews to respond to any issues
Essential Functions & Qualifications:
- Must have 5 years experience working in commercial landscape field maintenance and projects.
- Drivers license with clean MVR and able to be insured under our commercial vehicle policy.
- Accomplishes quality control objectives by helping with training, communicating job expectations, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
