Hello, we are a private site safety company that conducts business for cannabis clubs in San Jose. We are looking for a junior partner to work in the security business with us, and learn the business we are in so that you can help us expand the brand.
We are currently looking for a junior partner to go into a senior partner position within 180 days. Once you are fully vested as a senior partner, not only will you make more money per hour, but you will also collect dividends on business profits.

Requirements
-Must be willing to get a guard card
-Must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours a week on the job site to learn the business
-Must be willing to have a business mindset of being a leader, and a good boss
-Must be willing to work on the weekends
-Must possess reliable transportation
-Have exceptional customer service and sales skills
-Be willing to be on a part-time/on-call basis
