Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO/COO

A privately owned family business in the real estate development and wine import/export industry is looking for a responsible and experienced individual to fill the position of Executive Assistant to CEO/COO. As candidate for this position, you will be able to be exposed to many different areas of business, from operations, management, accounting, finances, international trade, business development, and etc.

JOB DUTIES

. Review, filter, and process incoming correspondences for or on behalf of CEO/COO.

. Manage general operations of businesses alongside the CEO/COO.

. Organize and file all information for the CEO/COO

. Assist CEO/COO in processing and handling of their personal matters.

. Participate in the yearly company budgeting process

. Assist in property management department on tenant related matters.

. Review leases and manage day-to-day property management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

. Willing to travel to Hong Kong, Taiwan, and surrounding Asia countries as necessary

. Willing to take calls and reply to messages/emails during non-office hours

. Has great attention to details

. Bilingual in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)

. Able to multi-task and has can-do attitude

. Highly responsible and takes ownership of projects assigned

JOB QUALIFICATION

. Minimum 4 years college/university degree in business related field

. Minimum 10 years of working experience as an assistant to executives

. Good working knowledge in general MS Office applications

. Basic computer knowledge and ability to trouble shoot simple related issues

. Willing to work from on-site at office at least 4 days a week
