What to Expect

You will be a key member of the Industrial team, which focuses on sales enablement for B2B products: Powerpack & Megapack. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal and external global communications strategy, including press releases, social media (X and LinkedIn), and internal communications, as well as supporting the execution of speaking engagements.

This is a multi-faceted role where knowledge of clean energy technologies and working experience in the energy industry is highly desired. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator (both written and verbal), is organized with attention to detail, highly creative, a strong collaborator and can turn challenges into growth opportunities. They should have a proven ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders and to create structure in ambiguous situations.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute global communications strategy, including press releases in coordination with customers and internal stakeholders, highlighting key company milestones, product launches, and customer successes.

Lead internal communication programs including developing internal company newsletters and supporting the creation of Impact Reports and Investor reports.

Manage media accounts, to engage with our B2B audience, share relevant industry news, promote company initiatives, and foster community interaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies aligned with company objectives and industry trends.

Cultivate relationships with customers to gather testimonials, case studies, and success stories for use in communications materials and press releases.

Drive external engagement including monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for proactive communication.

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communications initiatives, utilizing metrics and analytics to refine strategies and optimize engagement across channels.
