Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional, with proven experience and a strong work ethic who thrives on collaboration and approaches challenges with a can-do attitude. Position Duties:

Establish sub agreements for field crew on new projects and adeptly manage change orders.

Formulate and execute production schedules coordinates, monitors and timely secures all required field inspections by governing authorities. Maintains permit cards, and strategic plans to meet customer demands effectively.

Independently responsible for daily jobsite (field) supervision of all construction activities and directly responsible for timely coordination and execution progress, taking on the responsibility of rigorous quality control.

Identifies field problems early and procures expedient resolutions

Responsible for timely and effective project start up including, all temporary facilities (portable toilet, project signage, etc.).

Able to creatively and effectively resolve subcontractor disputes and field problems to minimize "out-of-pocket" change orders.

Responsible for timely and effective demobilization at project completion. This includes but is not limited to the removal and/or cancellation of all temporary facilities and services.

Assists the Project Manager in controlling the project budget. Demonstrates good fiscal judgment with expenditures and responsibly manages rentals.

Reviews and develops a commanding understanding of all contract documents and uses this information to effectively manage the project.

Maintains a clean and organized jobsite. Able to effectively control subcontractor cleanup.

Efficiently order materials with a well-organized scheduling approach.

Primary liaison between the construction jobsite (field) and the office. Maintain open communication with the project manager, keeping them informed about production status and promptly addressing any issues.

Engage in constant client communication, providing daily updates on project progress and ensuring client satisfaction by promptly resolving any arising problems.

Lead the training, mentoring, and supervision of field crews, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in production management.

Possession of a valid driver's license.

Proficiency in English at an advanced level; Spanish proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.

Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills essential for effective team management.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address production challenges promptly.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Exemplary customer service skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Highly organized, detail-oriented and responsible.

Familiarity with Builder trend software is advantageous, although not required.

Notes:

-Employees may work more or less than 8 hours in a day or more than 40 hours in any workweek

- This position is located on a construction site (in the field) and typically operates remotely for administrive duties. Actual location varies from project to project and frequently changes.
