Business Development Executive – Entry Level / Recent Graduates Welcome (San Francisco)
Are you a recent college graduate ready to launch your career in business development? We're looking for energetic, motivated individuals based in the San Francisco area to join our team as Business Development Executives. As a Business Development Executive, you will act as a total solution provider and play a key role in growing our client base. You will be responsible for:
Prospecting and developing new business opportunities, including identifying and engaging with new customers.
Generating sales leads, setting up accounts, and establishing lasting client relationships.
Driving new client acquisition through market research, cold calling, lead generation, and consistent outreach focused on complex sales opportunities.
Building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients within targeted markets.
Actively moving prospects through the sales cycle with organized follow-up and monthly sales activity tracking.
Participating in networking events and other opportunities to connect with potential clients.
Representing and promoting the company’s image through community involvement and customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
Recent college graduates (0–2 years of experience) located in San Francisco or nearby areas.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a business development/sales role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to make cold calls and engage with new prospects.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
