Business Development Manager – Drive-Through Coffee Startup (San Francisco, CA)
About the Opportunity:
I am launching a brand-new drive-through coffee business in San Francisco from the ground up. The building requires full remodeling (inside and out), including signage, branding, menu development, and equipment setup.
This is my first venture into this type of business, and I am not franchising—everything is being built from scratch. I need an experienced and hands-on Business Development Manager to help bring this vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire development process, from planning to launch.
Coordinate with city officials to handle permits, licensing, and regulatory approvals.
Source and negotiate with vendors for equipment, signage, and supplies.
Assist in branding and menu development to create a unique coffee experience.
Manage timelines and budgets to ensure a smooth setup process.
What I’m Looking For:
Experience in business development, project management, or restaurant/café startups is a plus.
Knowledge of city regulations, permits, and licensing requirements in San Francisco.
Strong communication skills to liaise with city officials, contractors, and vendors.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
If you have the knowledge and time to help build this business from the ground up, I’d love to hear from you. Please reach out to discuss further.
