5+ years Parts Management experience a Must
Possess strong communication skills to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.
Understands the importance of a healthy relationship between Parts and Service Departments.
FCA/Stellantis experience moves to the front of applicants
Requirements:
Strong management skills in hiring, training, discipline, overseeing and monitoring the performance of all department staff.
Understands the importance of shop flow and production.
Understands the importance of getting parts to technicians in an expedient matter.
Proven core and warranty return process.
Strong inventory control and ability to sell out of obsolete parts
Works well with entire service staff.
Must pass drug and background check
