Our company is seeking a full-time Hosting Manager to oversee our Napa/Wine Country portfolio of properties.

We offer personalized property management solutions to those who want to rent their homes on a short-term basis but would rather not be burdened with the daily aspects of managing guest turnover. The successful Hosting Manager will work closely with the Head of Operations and the Customer Service Team to ensure all properties meet our standards both physically and operationally.
We seek candidates based in the Napa/Sonoma/Santa Rosa area to help us expand in this market. Here's what the day-to-day might look like in this role:
1) Property Audit: Review overall cleanliness of all properties once per month.
2) Follow up with cleaners regarding issues at each property and make sure they are addressed.
3) Review Items in the house that may need to be replaced during monthly audits.
4) Coordinate replacement items as concluded by audits and reviews.
5) Create recommendation proposals for owners
6) Manage the cleaning process.
7) Vet new vendors for all of the services we need at our properties.
8) Visit properties as needed for emergencies.
9) Meet with new owners to provide them with information about our services and start the on-boarding process
This position will require the use of personal transportation. You will need to complete these tasks with little oversight and take ownership to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. Experience in real estate, property management or hospitality a plus.
