We are seeking to add tax preparers and payroll clerk at our accounting office.
Requirements:
Preparing individual, partnership, and corporation tax returns.
Process payroll in QuickBooks, and filing payroll returns.
Update employees payroll information.
Prepare bank reconciliation in the QuickBooks software.
Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
Good communication skills.
Filing, scanning, emailing, and reviewing tax documents and returns.
Typing skills and computer skills required. 10 key-by touch.
Accounting degree preferred, not required.
Bilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
