Well established family, plumbing service, business seeks an energetic, dynamic bookkeeper to process
daily billing for services performed; pricing, inventory, and labor reconciliations required to process billing.
Also record daily deposits; weekly union payroll and monthly bank reconciliations. You do it all.
Construction or related accounting experience would be beneficial.
Many of our accounts are public entities with open PO's and specific billing procedures and or vendor portals to navigate.
Must be able to work independently and multi-task with a sense of purpose.
Strong communication skills necessary including, at times, the necessity to collect payments and or process Liens.
We are Quickbook based and candidate must have Quickbook experience.
Candidate should enjoy working in a small fast paced office environment (fewer than 10 office members).
This is a solid 40hr a week in office opportunity.
