Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership: Command all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, ensuring precision and compliance with regulatory standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Navigate SEC regulations, orchestrate Anti-Money Laundering (AML) initiatives, and manage FACTA obligations.
Legal and Contractual Oversight: Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and manage legal affairs in collaboration with legal counsel.
