Small business seeking a part-time Bookkeeper/Payroll Admin. 2-3 days per week, one day minimum in office and the other 1-2 days can be remote (if preferred, otherwise office is available).
Requirements:
-Preparing corporation tax returns.
-Process payroll returns in QuickBooks.
-Update employees payroll information.
-Prepare bank reconciliation in the QuickBooks software.
-Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
-Good communication skills.
-Filing, scanning, emailing, and reviewing tax documents and returns.
-Typing skills and computer skills required.
-Accounting degree preferred, not required.
