Kiteworks USA, LLC seeks Director of M&A Integrations in San Mateo, CA.
Responsibilities: The Director of M&A Integrations at Kiteworks is responsible for integrating acquisitions, ensuring that each one successfully transitions into our organization and contributes to our growth; managing the end-to-end integration process of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A); guiding acquired company from acquisition through integration including all facets such as product and technology integration, customer migration, IT system consolidation, sales and marketing enablement, and coordination across functional departments; analyzing integration risks and develop mitigation strategies, with a focus on maintaining business continuity and value capture; coordinating internal resources and external advisors to ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulatory frameworks; coordinating a cross-functional team of 20+ professionals from across the company; leveraging experience in EMEA venture capital markets to assess and integrate VC-backed targets; building strategy and executing strategic projects for the company and other duties as assigned. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report to headquarters in San Mateo, California. Travel required 20% of the time.
Education: Master’s degree in Business, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: 3 years of experience in the job offered or related Venture Capitalist experience; Other special requirements include: 3 years of experience advising on growth planning, organizational development, and key operational decisions; 3 years of experience guiding teams through rapid growth and transformation; 3 years of experience providing portfolio support including advising on go-to market strategy, structuring operations, and building scalable foundations; 3 years of experience working with US and EMEA VC landscapes, including investor dynamics, portfolio structuring, regulatory considerations with early-stage and growth stage stakeholders; 3 years of experience in creating financial models for early-stage and VC-backed targets, including sensitivity analyses, capitalization table impacts and integration budgeting with complex deal structures; 3 years of experience in managing cross-functional and multicultural teams across US and EMEA jurisdictions driving alignment among corporate leadership, acquired entities, and third-party advisors through integration processes.
Rate of Pay: $325,000.00 - $345,000.00
