Bookkeeper/ Office Administrator - responsible for managing the day-to-day operational tasks including:
-Working with support staff to enable them to do their jobs efficiently.
-Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing responsibilities related to billing, payroll, accounts payable, and office systems
This role requires a strong grasp of Sage-Timberline software, or ability to quickly comprehend this construction software.
Tracking and managing business license and insurance renewals, auto registrations, subcontractor’s insurances and occasional set up of new equipment amortization
Qualifications:
- 5+ years prior experience in office management, proficiency in Microsoft office. Willingness to learn and adapt to Sage Construction
-Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
-Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
