We are looking for a full-time Account Receivable Specialist, who will be responsible for complete cycle of accounts receivable. The company is a full-service branding company with a solid client base of Fortune 1000 clients.

Applicants should possess a strong work ethic, the capacity to work independently, effective communication skills, and an outgoing personality. You should be comfortable discussing accounts receivable matters with clients and vendors. The position reports directly to the company's Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and distribution of customer invoices.

Recording and reconciling customer payments.

Resolving customer payment discrepancies.

Maintaining billing accounts and records.

Assist Sales with collections.

Produce and email accounts receivable reports.

Maintain financial records and ensure they are up-to-date.

Requirements:

Must have thorough knowledge of accounting principles through financial statements.

A minimum of 3 years concentrated prior accounting experience (or) a degree in accounting or related field is preferred.

Experience with ASI Profitmaker is helpful but will train.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing on accounting subjects.

Strong computer skills especially Excel, Word, Outlook and data entry.

Organized, manages time well, and can handle multiple tasks at one time.

Attention to detail, data integrity, and accuracy.

Ability to work with limited supervision.

Self-motivated and a quick learner.

Positive, professional, mature demeanor and attitude.
