Description Job Title: IT DirectorLocation: Seal BeachJob Description:We are working with our retail client to find an experienced IT Director who will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of the company. Key responsibilities will include strategy development, team management, infrastructure oversight, software management, project management, and cybersecurity and compliance.What You'll Be Doing:
Strategy Development: Collaborate cross-functionally with Senior Management to meet technology needs, develop IT strategies alongside business unit management, and present technology alternatives to enhance productivity.
Team Management: Lead a dedicated team of IT professionals and manage our external tech partners, ensuring cohesive IT support across all facilities.
Infrastructure Oversight: Manage IT infrastructure projects such as data warehouses, B2B portals, and supply chain solutions, ensuring robust integration across multiple locations.
Software Management: Oversee the lifecycle of critical applications, from ERP systems to warehouse management software, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
Project Management: Play a lead role in our ERP implementation for Infor’s Syteline to overhaul our core operating system.
Cyber Security and Compliance: Work closely with our tech partners to maintain high standards of cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance.
