Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Production Manager in the East Bay, California. Ideal to be in the office 5 days/week. Salary up to $135 K. The successful candidate will play a key role in our Innovation Team that is dedicated to launching new beverage products. As a Production Manager, your responsibilities will lie within the realms of supply chain management, procurement, demand planning, and project management.Responsibilities: Develop and implement production plans based on inputs from demand planning, purchasing, and contract manufacturers to meet operational and financial targets Take responsibility for ensuring all production information is entered accurately and promptly into Netsuite Collaborate with external vendors for the procurement of necessary materials and services Utilize CRM and CMS systems for efficient project management and client communication Apply knowledge of cloud technologies to improve operational efficiency Leverage Facebook Insights and brand awareness strategies in campaign planning Ensure adherence to budget processes throughout the project lifecycle Utilize skills in food production and supply chain management to ensure smooth operations Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all project operations Handle any arising issues or inquiries related to project operations.Requirements Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Production Management or a similar role. Proficiency in Cloud Technologies. Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) is essential. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is needed. Must have experience managing External Vendors. Must have a strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies. Experience in Budget Processes is necessary. Should have a background in Campaign Planning. Must have excellent Communication skills. Background in Food production is desired. Must have strong skills in Supply Chain Management.
