Description A leading healthcare organization in San Ysidro, CA is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team. This is an immediate, long-term contract position with the opportunity for extension. The Accounting Specialist will report directly to the Revenue Accounting Manager and play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations within the organization.Responsibilities:
Support the Revenue Accounting Manager in day-to-day financial activities.
Perform monthly deposits and reconciliations for clinic locations.
Manage daily cash receipts and ensure proper documentation and recording.
Conduct weekly bank deposits and reconcile bank statements.
Prepare monthly revenue reports and verify payments received.
Compare billing deposits with generated reports to identify discrepancies.
Assist in resolving any billing or payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
