- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline
- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance in a laboratory or medical device manufacturing operation
- Knowledge of Quality System Regulations
- Experience with MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to carry out assignments in a timely, accurate manner and accomplishing tasks as required with little or no supervision
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Supports and/or coordinates assigned CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) projects
- Supports other quality system processes as assigned from the CAPA process, such as training, document control, supplier management, validation, etc.
