VCA Sequoia Valley Animal Hospital is a well established General Practice located in Santa Rosa. We are a 2 doctor practice with room to grow! We are looking for a full time Client Service Professional to join our administrative team. We are willing to consider part time candidates as well. Experience is preferred, but is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. In this role, you will work closely with our clients and veterinarians to provide outstanding customer service and facilitate access to medical care for our patients. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates!The CSR is responsible for providing excellent client service including:
Greeting visitors warmly, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
Scheduling patient appointments
Helping clients to understand the financial aspects of their visit; processing payments and insurance claims
Assisting clients in selecting the right products and services for their individual pet
Educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).
