You’ll be part of a dedicated team working night shifts, ensuring that each day brings meaningful and impactful work. Your expertise will directly contribute to the well-being of individuals in critical moments.Key Responsibilities:
1-2 Assessments per night
Creating discharge plans for the morning
Provide comprehensive behavioral health services in a crisis setting
Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage and stabilize crisis situations
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Social Work, or related field
Registered AMFT, ACSW, or APCC with the BBS in CA
Comfort and experience working in a mental health setting
Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
