DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager to help us develop a new project that is fundamental to Amazon’s future. We will tackle some of the world’s most intriguing problems involving software architecture design, customer experience, and business strategy.The ideal candidate earns trust through performance and relationship building, thinks strategically, acts tactically, writes effectively, and displays strong analytical and critical thinking skills. The candidate will have deep experience working with Sales teams, understand sales inputs and outputs and managing the rhythm of the business, and have superior program management skills. The ideal applicant will have the skills necessary to develop a data driven learning strategy, get leadership buy in through effective document writing and work with partner teams to execute the plan.This role will work closely with Sales and Go to Market teams to identify and implement programs that enable and empower our Sales teams to be more effective and productive. You must be comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and should both exemplify and foster Learn and Be Curious in others. You must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership, have strong business acumen, excellent communication/influencing skills, and planning/project management skills.Key job responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have an opportunity to combine a passion for problem solving, coaching and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive relationships with new and tenured sales employees. You will also work closely with many stakeholders (Sales Leadership, Business Operations, Industry Subject-Matter-Experts, Project Managers, Technical Experts) to discover and meet the objectives of the organization.Examples of the projects that will be driven by this individual include org communication and change management, executing and driving ongoing learning efforts, supporting go-to-market motions, supporting programs that enable Sales teams to accelerate growth and accelerate sales pipelines.About the teamThe Enablement team is based in all key Santos Hubs. We are open to a candidate in any major Buy with Prime office hub location - New York, Austin, Santa Monica and Seattle.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Austin, TX, USA | New York City, NY, USA | Santa Monica, CA, USA | Seattle, WA, USABasic Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

7+ years combination of project management, sales enablement, direct sales, sales operations experience with increasing influence and responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments while working in a fast paced environment

The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
