OverviewThe Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that optimizes marketing performance and drives customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. We're seeking a dynamic individual who possesses a deep-seated passion for professional tennis, coupled with expert growth and performance marketing skills to attract and retain new generations of tennis fans. Reporting to our VP, DTC Product Marketing and Programming, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to transform how tennis content is consumed and celebrated. This role will involve seamless coordination with our internal product and content teams, as well as forging strong partnerships with external agency collaborators. As a driving force behind our growth initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the future landscape of tennis media.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage paid marketing strategy, including planning and implementing campaigns (with agency partners) across online and offline channels.

Help prioritize key channels, optimize media mix, develop audience targets, and identify A/B testing opportunities to drive user acquisition, as well as brand awareness and engagement

Elevate agency partnerships through continuous strategy improvement and tactic optimization

Manage internal communication about agency efforts and impact on wider organization

Define, track, and report KPIs (i.e. conversion rates, cost per acquisition, etc.) to measure marketing performance and enable data-driven decisions.

Own and refine forecasts/projections in coordination with Finance, adjusting accordingly based on marketing KPIs, content/programming, and other priorities in select windows.

Create a well-organized process for sharing results on business critical KPIs related to growth (volume, CPA, retention, LTV) and own achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs and tracked learnings.

Oversee and optimize the performance marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation to maximize ROI.

Leverage internal analytics and 1P data to develop new audience segments/user personas for growth and identify high-value segments for retention and CRM opportunities.

Partner with cross-functional teams (CRM, Analytics, Product, Brand/Content, Social, Partner/Event Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to align efforts and strengthen the overall consumer experience.

Define short and long-term priority areas for DTC growth, coordinating opportunities across linear, B2B, and key international markets.

Continuously identify new opportunities to inform marketing strategies, including evaluating new digital marketplace trends, staying updated on the competitive landscape, and attending industry events.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 7 years’ experience in growth and performance marketing.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum 5 years’ experience working closely with agency partners.

Expert in performance marketing, lead generation, conversion, and online customer acquisition, including quantitative concepts (e.g., CPA, LTV, ARPU, churn rates, etc.)

Skilled in developing audience segmentation to optimize acquisition, engagement, and win-back strategies.

Let’s talk.The base salary compensation range for this role is $85,000 to $120,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.#tennis
