Labor Finders is looking for an RV Service Dispatcher. In this position, you will oversee maintaining call logs, monitoring routes, transferring messages, and directing field units. To excel in this position, all candidates should be able to multi-task in stressful conditions with little supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate superb organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with major contracted customers.
Oversee vehicle scheduling and routes, dispatch vehicles, and provide timely information to drivers.
Report all scheduling and driver complaints to the appropriate location manager.
Provide solutions for drop-off and pickup problems.
Assist with the supervision of day-to-day operations.
Required skills and qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High fluency with computers and current software
Ability to remain calm and deliver clear instructions under pressure.
Basic knowledge of RV systems, maintenance procedures, and repair techniques is helpful for understanding customer needs and providing support to service technicians.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Proficiency with radio dispatch equipment
Ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent decision-making skills
Pay: $20 to $25 DOE
