A leading flooring company in Santa Maria is looking for a dependable Lead Warehouse Associate to join their growing team!
What You’ll Do:
-Oversee daily warehouse operations
-Load/unload flooring & carpet materials
-Prepare accurate orders for delivery
-Drive company vehicle for local deliveries
-Keep warehouse clean & safe
-Assist with inventory & restocking

What We Need From You:
-Warehouse & delivery experience required
-Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
-Able to lift up to 75 lbs
-Reliable & detail-oriented
-Background screening required
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) & forklift experience a plus
