Administrative Office Assistant – Clark Builders, Inc., Lompoc
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $20–$24 per hour, DOE (Depends on Experience)
Clark Builders, Inc., a respected construction and remodeling company, is hiring an Administrative Office Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly and support our project teams. We’re looking for someone professional, organized, and dependable.
Responsibilities include:
Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors
Filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation
Scheduling meetings, job walks, and project appointments
Keeping contracts, invoices, and records organized
Supporting project managers with paperwork and coordination
Tracking office supplies and assisting with orders
Helping with invoices, payments, and receipts
Qualifications:
1–3 years of office/admin experience (construction experience a plus)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Reliable, professional, and a team player
