The Process Engineer supports manufacturing departments with process improvements, capacity planning and development of new processes/equipment. Other duties include but are not limited to, working with manufacturing to identify root causes of non-conforming products, support the New Product Development team on new products requiring new equipment and/or processes, coordinates with other departments objectives to resolve production problems and maximize product reliability, leads a team working to reduce waste in the manufacturing processes by applying lean concepts. Some travel will be required A bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, industrial engineering or industrial technology is required. One to two years minimum experience is preferred. Must have advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and also be competent in CAD.
