We are seeking a highly structured and data-driven Industrial Engineer to help strengthen our processes and support continued growth. While direct CNC machining experience is preferred, it is not required — what matters most is your ability to bring consistency, integrity, and organization to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
Use data to support labor analysis, production planning, and cost reduction
Standardize processes and documentation to increase repeatability and quality
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement structured systems
Support ongoing improvement of scheduling, process control, and resource allocation
Ensure accuracy in time studies, part routing, and data tracking within ERP systems
What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in process improvement, systems thinking, and operational structure
High level of integrity, personal accountability, and attention to detail
Ability to implement consistency and repeatability across departments
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with production data
Familiarity with manufacturing environments; experience in CNC machining is a plus
Experience with ERP software and digital workflow tools preferred
Education:
No formal education required — success in this role depends on experience and execution
Compensation:
Salary range: $50,000 – $100,000, based on experience and demonstrated value
