Marketing Associate

Alisal Ranch is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate. This is a full time position that will report to our Marketing Manager and support the execution of the overall digital marketing strategy for Alisal Ranch. This position plays a vital role in supporting the execution of our overall digital marketing strategy. Responsibilities: Assist in the development of an email marketing plan and execute email newsletters based on sales needs and goals. Manage and administer the website, including content development, copywriting, and functionality management. Develop and execute a blog strategy. Act as an on-site liaison with influencers and media, ensuring brand standards are met throughout their stay. Contribute to the social media plan and strategy, including content creation, planning calls, and campaign ideation. Collaborate with our digital marketing agency and assist with launching campaigns. Design graphics for printed collateral, flyers, and branding projects across the property. Assist with sales reporting and communication. Support departmental project management, including sales initiatives, launching new events, brand projects, partnerships, etc. Qualifications: A college degree preferably in marketing, business, or communications. Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft programs, CRM, email marketing platforms, and social media platforms. Strong writing abilities. Experience with WordPress and Canva preferred.
