We are looking for Sign Walker Supervisors and Sign Walkers in:
Goleta
Santa Barbara
Santa Maria
Solvang
Starting May 2nd, we are looking for a Sign Walker Supervisor ($125 per day) and Sign Walker Helper ($90 per day) for the cities listed above.
The first week schedule for the Supervisor will be:
Thursday: 11:45-5:00
Friday: 11:45-5:00
Saturday: 10:45-5:00
Sunday: 11:45-5:00
After the first week it will be Friday through Sunday with the same hours. Helpers need to arrive at 12:00 and 11:00, based on Supervisor schedule above. Some federal holidays and weekdays may be added as the client sees fit.
The Sign Walker Supervisor position pays $125/day. You will be holding a sign and communicating with the store manager and liquidator. You are required to hire/have someone else that you supervise to hold the other sign for $90/day.
Part of the reason the Supervisor is paid more is because they are required to make sure the event is fully staffed, all hours filled, and backups on standby in the event of no shows. The Supervisor will build the sign, add discount changes to the sign as the sale progresses, and pay the other Sign Walker.
Required of Sign Walker Supervisor:
IMPECCABLE Communication Skills
A working cellphone with data
Your own car, proof of driver's license, clean driving record (No DUIs) and insurance, ability to get to and from work in a timely fashion
A clean, professional appearance and great attitude
All workers need to be prepared to work in any weather conditions.

Sign Walker Supervisors must be punctual, communicative, and complete contract paperwork including W-9. Please DO NOT respond unless you’re able to fulfill all the requirements. There are future opportunities/work past the 6-8 weeks if things go well.
If you are outside of the Santa Maria area, we have the same promotion running at 375+ locations all over California including the rest of the Bay Area, Sacramento, up through Northern California, Central Valley, LA, all the way down to San Diego, including smaller towns in Eastern California. If you have relatives that would like to work have them apply as well.
Cost of materials is reimbursed with the first payment.
Sign Walker pay will be sent to the Supervisor for disbursement. Payments are made via direct deposit the Thursday following the weekend worked.
