Part Time Helper Wanted

Need a person for some part time work long term. Not in hot or cold weather and work is sporadicmaybe 4-12 hours per month on your time schedule. An able bodied retired person would be ideal. So it will have to be someone who has time on their hands. Mainly yard work and miscellanous repairs to maintain my property and my daughters next door because at 84 and 4 back surgeries. I'm trying to slow down. I have all of the tools and equipment. You must be able to pass a criminal background check. I will not respond to "Is the job still available" or "Call me" unless you give me some information about yourself in your initial response.
