HR Data Reporting and Analytics Specialist Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist for a prestigious manufacturer.The HR Data and Analytics Specialist provides Business Unit specific data analytics and reporting to HR and Business Executives; This position reports to the director, Human Resources and will be based, in Santa Maria CA, US.Responsibilities include:Support HR reporting and analytics needs across business unit; these reports and scorecards are unique to BU needsManage end-to-end reporting process (document requirements, collect data, and develop executive summary)Keep and Ensure Data Integrity by updating data entry into the systemOversee delivery of regular reportsServe as a lead SME on data related projects, i.e. ADP, Ceridian, OT, etcDeliver scorecardsProcess improvement and standardization of reports and scorecardsWork with HR Business Partners, to ensure data accuracy and integrityBasic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business, HR or related experience3-5 years of HR, HRIS or business systemsStrong analytical skillsAdvanced Excel skillsProficiency in Ceridian Reporting Tool or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools and applicationsBackground in ADP or other ERP systemsAdditional Qualifications:Able to prioritize and Manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of HR Data StandardsA change agent with excellent communication skillsResults-oriented with strong bias for action, excellent follow-up/closure and extreme attention to detail and quality.Adept at using Excel tools and managing data, including creating pivot tables.Please submit your resume for immediate consideration.Call or visit us today!210 E.
