We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrative Assistantwith a fantastic company dedicated to its employees. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with administrativeexperience, so if you’re interested, submit your resume now because this position will fill quickly!

The HR Administrative Assistant is a temp-to-hire opportunity located in Santa Maria, CA. Hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday and the rate of pay is $20/Hr.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES A BACKGROUND CHECK

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage HR databases and filing systems.

Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating interview schedules, and communicating with candidates.

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.

Support benefits administration by helping employees with inquiries and paperwork.

Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and time off.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in HR or related field is a plus.
