Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both Bob's Well Bread locations, Los Alamos, and Ballard. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and sales skills to effectively manage and grow Bob's Well Bread.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across departments
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff members
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and vendors
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to drive company success
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar operations management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Sales experience is highly desirable
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
