Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing efficient, courteous, and personalized service throughout their stay. This role involves managing reservations, checking guests in and out, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.

Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

Reservations and Communication:

Manage and update reservations, ensuring accuracy and availability.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails, handling reservations and inquiries.

Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.

Administration:

Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and reservations.

Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely.

Prepare and distribute reports as required, such as occupancy and financial reports.

Problem-Solving:

Address and resolve guest issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Provide solutions and alternatives to ensure guest satisfaction.

Security and Compliance:

Follow all hotel security and safety protocols.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

A friendly, welcoming, and service-oriented attitude.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
