Pool Concierge

We are in need of a part-time seasonal Pool Concierge for the summer. This position will assist guests with needs and questions at our busy pool. Duties include promoting Alisal activities, keeping pool area clean by picking up used towels, trash, and other debris; responding to guest inquiring; enforcing pool rules; keep pool furniture arranged correctly; and cautioning swimmers regarding unsafe activities; be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Will keep supervisor appraised of any guest situations that require extra attention. Must be outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills. Previous customer service experience preferred. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Candidates should be CPR certified. Compensation: $16hour plus service charges equaling total average compensation of $17.00-18.50/hour.
