Our mobile veterinary practice needs an experienced customer service representative for our multi-veterinarian, multi-vehicle, mobile practice. We require strong team members who have exceptional client relations skills. Receptionists are the first point of contact for our clients and they also provide support services for our staff of technicians, veterinarians, and management team. To be successful at our practice the right person must be friendly, dependable, able to mega-multi-task and have excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Work with technology! Be able to use Windows-based computer systems, MS Suite, Gmail, task management apps, smartphones, iPhones, web search and other skills as needed to effectively perform essential job duties.
The practice culture is family friendly and we strive to facilitate a work/life balance. Work schedules reflect flexible days and usually consist of 3-4 ten hour days, some weekend days required.
