Warranty Processor

Labor Finders is looking for a Warranty Processor for a leading Central Coast company in the RV industry. The primary responsibility is to facilitate the warranty claims process for recreational vehicles (RVs). The right candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Receive, review, and process warranty claims submitted by dealerships or customers. Verify warranty coverage, gather necessary documentation, and input claim details into the warranty system.
Maintain organized records of warranty claims, including repair orders, invoices, and warranty policies. Ensure that all documentation complies with company and manufacturer guidelines.
Evaluate warranty claims to determine eligibility and validity based on manufacturer warranties and policies. Work with relevant parties to resolve any discrepancies or disputes that arise during the claims process.
Coordinate repair and replacement activities with authorized service centers and technicians to address warranty-covered issues. Follow up on repair progress and ensure timely completion.
Conduct periodic audits of warranty claims to identify trends, potential fraud, or areas for process improvement.
Stay informed about industry regulations and manufacturer warranty guidelines to ensure adherence to legal and contractual obligations. Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in handling warranty-related information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warranty processing, automotive/RV industry, or customer service roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using computer software and database systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of RV systems, components, and maintenance practices is a plus.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively.
Compensation:
$24 to $30 per hour/DOE
